Who is this service for?
This service is funded to support people who are more likely to be affected by poor sexual health, HIV and STIs. Because of this, we can only send packs to members of specific communities.
You can use this service if you:
- Are a man who has sex with men
- Are part of the trans or non-binary community
- Are a sex worker or sell/exchange sex
- Are from the Black African community
You must also be aged 16 or over and live within the Blackpool, Lancashire or Blackburn with Darwen council areas, as this is where our funding applies.
If you do not meet these criteria, you can still access free condoms via your local NHS sexual health service or other community schemes in your area.
What you'll receive
We'll work with you to make sure you get condoms that feel right for you and support the kind of sex you are having.
Your pack can be sent weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on what you need and we provide a range of condoms and water-based lube that are suitable for anal, vaginal and oral sex.

- Latex-free options if you have a sensitivity or allergy
- Flavoured condoms for oral sex
- Water-based lube which is compatible with condoms and sex toys
All condoms meet UK safety standards (kitemark and/or CE marked) and are tested for an anal and vaginal use
We can’t supply specific brands, silicone-based or flavoured lubes, or specialist products beyond the listed options, due to funding and cost.
How it works
- Check you're eligible - make sure you meet the age, location and community criteria listed above
- Complete the online form - Fill in your details and tell us about any condom preferences (for example: non‑latex or larger size).
- Activate your request by email - After you submit the form, we’ll send you an activation email. You must reply to this email to confirm your order before we can send your pack. Please check your spam or junk folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes. If you don’t activate the email, your condoms will not be posted.
Important information
Funding and area
This service is funded by Blackpool Borough Council, Lancashire County Council, and Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council.
We can only send condoms to home addresses within these council boundaries. Requests from outside these areas will not be processed.
Venues and organisations
The scheme is for individuals, not venues or businesses.
We can’t accept requests from hotels, saunas, bars or other LGBTQ+ venues, as we already deliver condoms to many venues in other ways.
Keeping you safe
This is a confidential service and we use plain, unmarked packaging.
We will never share your information without your consent unless we are worried about immediate risk of harm, in line with our safeguarding policy.
